Welcome to Adstronger, an advertising network that connects advertisers with publishers through cryptocurrency payments. By registering on our platform and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 For Publishers

Publishers must:

• Be the owners or administrators of the websites or applications where ads will be displayed.
• Provide accurate information about their traffic and audience.
• Comply with our content and quality policies.

2.2 For Advertisers

Advertisers must:

• Provide legitimate ads without deception or malicious practices.
• Comply with all digital advertising regulations.
• Avoid ads that infringe copyright or promote illegal activities.

3. Content Policies

Both publishers and advertisers must ensure that their content meets PubMatic’s standards and other premium platform requirements. Illegal or low-quality content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

3.1 Prohibited Content for Publishers

• Piracy and illegal downloads (websites offering unauthorized movies, series, software, or music).
• Adult content (pornography, escort services, erotic webcam sites).
• Violence, hate, or discrimination (content that promotes aggression, racism, or extremism).
• Drugs and illegal substances (selling or promoting recreational drugs or prescription medication without authorization).
• Phishing, scams, and fraud (websites that deceive users to steal data or money).
• Illegal weapons and explosives.
• Unlicensed gambling sites.

3.2 Prohibited Content for Advertisers

• Ads with explicit sexual content.
• Deceptive or fraudulent ads (e.g., financial scams or fake investment opportunities).
• Ads containing malware, spyware, or any other malicious software.
• Ads promoting violence, hate, or discrimination.

3.3 Quality Requirements

• Websites must have real and verifiable traffic (Note: We do not have a minimum traffic requirement to join our ad network).
• Content must be original and comply with copyright regulations.
• Fraudulent methods to generate revenue or clicks are strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Methods

• 💰 Adstronger pays publishers in cryptocurrencies such as RONIN and TRX.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as low as $0.01 USD, depending on the cryptocurrency balance.
• Publishers can request payouts anytime, with no restrictions on frequency.
• Payments are typically processed within 0 to 48 hours, depending on the availability of cryptocurrency funds.
• Ads purchased by third-party DSPs or media buyers (non-direct advertisers of Adstronger) may take up to 30 days to be credited in USD. Direct advertisers pay immediately in cryptocurrency.
• ⚠️ We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of fraudulent activity.

5. Use of the Adstronger SDK

Publishers integrating our SDK for Android and Unity must comply with our technical guidelines and ensure a secure integration free from fraudulent practices.

6. Fraud Prevention and Penalties

Adstronger uses artificial intelligence (AI) to detect fraud, analyzing user behavior with ads to ensure authenticity.

Any attempt to generate fraudulent revenue or submit malicious ads will result in account suspension and potential payment withholding.

7. Account Termination

Adstronger may suspend or terminate any publisher or advertiser account that:

• Violates these terms and conditions.
• Engages in fraudulent activities.
• Fails to meet the required quality standards.

8. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes.
